Project overview
For the 2026 edition I built an in-house film team from scratch and ran it. Over 200 films in total, from short pieces running at individual stations to material carrying the event's wider communication: shot, cut and delivered against a fixed opening date. The work was as much production management as direction: briefing, casting the crews, scheduling, and holding one visual and narrative standard across a slate that size. Everything ran on the day it was supposed to.
